I am in Mississippi and am planting soybeans on clay dirt no-till. I am running behind and my yields have been down the last 2 years. We have had drought conditions, but do you think that I can up my yields by rotating milo on this dryland ground?

I have seen in the past a method of measuring stands in drilled beans using a hula-hoop. Can you help me find the formulas used to figure such?
Is there a connection between the Roundup-Ready beans and its productivity with drought stress?
What is the minimum amount of RoundUp you recommend per acre to control miscellaneous types of weeds?What is the rate that you recommend for burn down for pre plant or post plant? What about a tank mix of Bicep II and RoundUp post application?
What is the normal difference in yields on soybeans planted as initial crop and those planted double cropped, ie. initial planted the last of May and double cropped behind wheat for grain planted the first part of July, in Tennessee?
